The Plumbeous Water-redstart (Rhyacornis fuliginosa) is a species of bird in the Muscicapidae family. It is found in Afghanistan, Bhutan, China, India, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Their preferred habitat is fast moving streams with boulders. Streams with higher populations of insects such as mayflies appear to be preferred.[2]
